Cancellation
Orders that have been shipped but not yet received by you cannot be cancelled. You can, however, return them within the terms of this document once you receive the merchandise.
Returns/Exchange
All merchandise, except gift certificates, can be returned in the original packaging materials. Orders processed without freight, or where freight has been waived, will be charged actual shipping expenses in the event of a return, and these shipping charges are not subject to return credit.
Please call for a RMA (Return Merchandise Number) for all returns, damaged or not. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must call for an RMA prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be Subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damaged merchandise may be exchanged for a replacement item without a restocking fee. If you need to return undamaged merchandise, it must be resalable and be in the originally sealed packaging. The retail package must be returned in the original shipping container, or similarly packed in a corrugated box. We will be unable to offer any refund if proper packaging is not used for returns.
RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days of issue. All orders must arrive at our facility within 10 days of the RMA number being issued.

You must call for an RMA prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the box or shipping label.
Be in original packaging which includes all internal packing.
Be in original retail box, undamaged and unmarked. Packages returned with postage stickers on retail packaging will be refused and cannot be refunded. Any shipment that arrives where the retail package has been used as the shipping container will be refused. Please take care of the retail box.
Product must be resalable as new merchandise.
When packaging merchandise for return, please provide adequate protection to ensure all pieces arrive in new, resalable condition. We are not responsible for damage in transit due to poor or inadequate packaging. Credit will be less freight and any applicable restocking fees.
Custom orders cannot be returned. In the event that a custom order is damaged in shipping we will replace the items.
We cannot accept returns on personalized or debossed items. In the event that a personalized or debossed order is damaged in shipping we will replace the items.
Special orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee.
We can only refund money to the original purchaser.
If item was received as a gift the items may be exchanged for different items.
Gift Certificates Gift Certificate(s) are neither refundable nor returnable.
Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Certificates may be canceled and replaced with appropriate proof of purchase.
Gift certificates expire 18 months after purchase.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized in writing prior to return; ship freight prepaid, in original carton, and if applicable.
A detailed return policy will be mailed with the items. The return and exchange will be handled by OfficeAccessories.com following the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
