One Year Warranty
OfficeAccessories.com warrants that Daccasso® brand products are free from defects in materialsor workmanship. OfficeAccessories.com will repair or replace with comparable product, as its option and free of charge, any product, part, or component which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty applies for one year from the date of sale, and is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to product failure resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to apply, install, or maintain products according to published instructions and guidelines
• Abuse, misuse or accident
• Alteration or modification of the product
This limited warranty is the sole remedy for product defect and no other express or implied warranty is provided, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose OfficeAccessories.com shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.

Limited Warranty
OfficeAccessories.com warrants that Office Star Products® brand chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• 5 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
• 2 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
• 1 Year on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
• We cannot warrant leather against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes in normal
use.
Space Line and Proline II Limited Warranty
Space chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• Lifetime on component Parts Including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters.
• 3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
• Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or
less. The OSP7102, OSP7105, OSP7200, OSP75-37A773 and OSP75-47A773 are for persons weighing 400 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from
misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of OfficeAccessories.com. The warranty
does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of
injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a five year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All Space and Proline II chairs meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.
